Product Description

The silicone foam dressing consists of a soft silicone wound contact layer, superabsorbent layer and waterproof breathable film. The multi-layer structure absorbent layers can absorb the wound exudate in a large amount and firmly lock to prevent the formation of impregnation. The silicone wound contact layer is gently and firmly adhered to the skin, minimizing the pain of changing edressings.

Structure:

Consists of a gentle silicone wound contact layer ,

a absorbent PU foam, a nonwoven layer which spread fluids to a wider surface,

a super absorbent core, a water-proof and high air permeable PU film.

The multi-layers construction facilitates fluid management to provide optimal moist wound environment,

which promote wound healing,minimizes trauma and reduces pain during dressing changes.

How long will the ordered goods be delivered ?

lt depends on the products and quantity of the order.

1. For our regularly produced items, usually the lead time can be 20 days.

2. For OEM products, we need to order packing materials (or make mold to print your logo on products) , it needs 30-45 days to produce the goods.

What will be the payment terms ?

We accept T/T, L/C for big amount, and for small amount, you can pay us by Western Union, Paypal, alibaba online etc.

Do you have after-sales services ?

How do you control the quality ?

lf you need, we can make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

Yes,of course,we can do as your own design, just with small quantity, you need to pay film cost.
